6. Service Delivery

We strive to deliver all orders as described. However, delivery times may vary. In the event an order cannot be completed, the amount will be refunded to your wallet. We do not guarantee specific delivery timeframes for all service types.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued to your wallet balance for incomplete or failed orders. Cash refunds are not available for successfully delivered services. All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of SMS PRIDE management.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and intellectual property on the Platform belongs to SMS PRIDE. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

SMS PRIDE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in question.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
